A Community Interest Company (CIC) is a special type of non-profit

organisation dedicated to benefiting the community rather than

private shareholders. When a CIC is limited by guarantee (which Two

Quarts Arts is), it means:

NO SHAREHOLDERS OF PROFIT TAKEN OUT Unlike regular businesses, we don’t have shareholders. Instead, any income we generate is reinvested back into the company to achieve our mission.
COMMUNITY FOCUSED Our purpose is to serve and uplift the community. Everything we do must create a positive impact and fulfill our stated goals for public benefit.
REGULATED FOR TRANSPARENCY CICs are regulated by the CIC Regulator, ensuring we stay true to our mission and remain accountable to the people we serve.
